How do I cancel?

One button. Open Manage Subscription from your name in the top bar and press Cancel my plan. No phone call, no email, no survey. You won't be charged again, and Qadras keeps working until the time you paid for runs out. Changed your mind? Press Keep my plan before then.

What happens to my data if I don't subscribe?

Nothing is deleted. Your data stays in your account. You just won't be able to log in until you choose a plan. If you come back later, everything will be right where you left it.

Can I use this if my school won't pay for it?

Absolutely — that's exactly why the Individual plan exists. You get full access to all teacher features at $15/month or $149/year, no school approval needed.

When does my subscription renew?

Monthly plans renew every month. Yearly plans — Individual and School — renew once a year on the date your paid plan started. Schools that joined before July 31, 2026 keep their July 31 renewal date.

Our school already pays. Does our price change?

No. Schools already on a plan keep the price they signed up at.

How do I get my whole school on board?
